     tered for instruction at UPEI in 
     
     less than three (3) courses per 
     
     semester and have paid the cur- 
     
     rent and full Student fees, appro- 
     
     priate for Associate members,as 
     
     prescribed by agreement between 
     
     the Council and the Mature and 
     
     Part time University Students 
     
     (MAPUS) Association.

     shall have the right to vote 
     
     or assume any elected po- 
     
     sition. However, Associate 
     
     members shall have the right 
     
     to vote for one (1) designated 
     
     position on the UPEI Senate. 
     
     This position is to be filled 
     
     by an election from the Ma- 
     
     ture (as defined by the Uni-
