PROPOSED AMMENDMENTS TO THE UPEI STUDENT UNION INC CONSTITUTION TO BE VOTED ON AT THE GENERAL MEETING OF THE UNION OCTOBER 5, 12:00PM IN THE PIT (ARTICLE IV: MEM- BERSHIP) (A) 2) The following shall be Associate members: Students who have regis- tered for instruction at UPEI in less than three (3) courses per semester and have paid the cur- rent and full Student fees, appro- priate for Associate members,as prescribed by agreement between the Council and the Mature and Part time University Students (MAPUS) Association. PROPOSED CHANGE (A) 2) The following shall be Associate members: A) Students who have registered for instruction at UPEI in less than three (3) courses per semester and have paid the current and full Student fees, appropri- ate for Associate members,as prescribed by agreement be- tween the Council and the MAPUS. B) Students who have registered in either provi- sional part time, or full time UPEI graduate program and have paid the current and full student fees appropri- ate for associate members, as prescribed by agreement be- tween the Council and the UPEI Graduate Student As- sociation. Only Active members, as defined in this Article, shall have the right to vote or assume any elected po- sition.
