They can do S11 from Parrsboro and $12 from St. Margarets Bay, and the samme rate from Yarmouth tothe same ports. The north- erly wind of the last day vor two drove the bulk of the fleet into Souris harbor for shelter. There are not a great many American vessels in the fleet. The cruiser Critic is also there. Some of the fishermen are becoming disheart- ened. Mackerel are not showing up in ‘*schools” this year, and seiners as yet have done little or nothing. Some good catches are, however. expected as soon as the weather clears up.
