A cold easterly wind made it somewhat disagreeable for both the players and fans. - The Saints have a snappy ball team this year and pitcher, Lefty McQuaid put across a fine game which added in no small way to the wininng of the game. E. Robin who pitched for the Ab- bies did good work for his first sen- ior game. Francis on thc rccciving end for thc Abbies showed his old time form behind thc bat and was right. on thc job. Doucettc who held down the job of catcher for the Saints, also han- dled the job well.
