     One of the benefits of 
     
     attending a small university 
     
     is that it is quite easy to 
     
     get to know all members of 
     
     the University community. 
     
     Unfortunately, many students 
     
     often wait until their senior 
     
     year before they get to know 
     
     members of faculty and 
     
     administration. 
     
    

    
     We are very fortunate to, 
     
     have as the President of 
     
     UPEI a person like Dr. Peter 
     
     Meincke. Dr. Meincke and \ 
     
     his wife feel that it is 
     
     very important for them to 
     
     get to meet and greet all 
     
     new students as they begin
