Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Hamil-ton IIobkirk, against Robert A. Fellowes, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Robert A. Fellowes, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Robert A. Fellewes in and to two hundred and fifty acres of Land. little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Lot or Township Number Thirty-four, in Queen’s Coun- ty; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Twenty- seventh day of March, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being five hundred and thirty pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence, with interest on five hundred and thirty pounds, part thereof, from the eleventh day of August last until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. Sarah Parker, his wife, to John Longworth, hearing date the fifth day of July, 1856. and also on the plan annexed to said deed, the said Plot being bounded on the North-westward by the St. Peter’s Road, having a sufficient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastward- ly from said road to the south-western side line, being Eighty- eight feet in .length, and the north-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said north-eastern line following the side line of a new Street re- cently opened from the St. Peter’s Roe-d to Euston Street; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Thursday the Twelfth day of July, 1866, at 12 o’cloea, noon, at the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown aforesaid, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, as as much thereof- as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £lll 95. 9d.,and interest on £100 from the .22d day of April last, 1864, until paid, together with 165 8d for this writ, as also Sherifi"s fees and incidental expenses.
