HEREAS a writ has been issued, directed to us under and by virtue of an Act passcd in the fourteenth year of the reign of her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intitulcd “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of llighways;” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intend- ed to be made, commencing at the Cross Road at Pierre Jacques School House, and to go northwardly, terminating at the O’Leary Road, and which road will run through or over Lands belonging to A. dc A. Ramsay, James Walsh, Dickinson, Betts and Patrick McLellan. Now we do hereby give public notice to all parties, that we will commence the execution of said Writ, by tttending at the Cross Roads at Pierre Jacques School house, on the Tenth day of No- vember at the hour of 10 o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and from thenco we will proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the inquest according to law.
