WHEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, under and by Virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year ofrthe reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of Road is intended to pass, leading from the School House, on Black River Road, through John Flynn’s farm-along the southern boundary of James Dougan’s farm—-and to the Mill- cove Road : Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties con- cerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission by attending on the said line of Road, at or near Patrick Bearney's, on MONDAY, the 19th day of AUGUST next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and proceed in accordance with the terms of the Act 14th Vie., Cap. 1, and of the Acts in amendment thereof. IIEREAS a Commission bearing date the 6th day of JULY, instant. has been issued tons, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and the Act in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new Road is intended to pass, leading from Patrick O’Hare’s towards Pisquid New Bridge, and from Clarke’s Bridge to the said new line ofRoad, by avoiding Walker’s Hill, in Lot or Township Number 37 : Now, we do hereby give Public Notice to all persons concerned, that we will commence the exection of the said Con‘n’uission by at- tending at the house ofthe said Patrick 0’ Hare, in Township Number Thirty-seven aforesaid, on MONDAY, the 19th day of AUGUST next, at the hour of ten o'clock, in the foreuoon of the said day, and proceed along the said intended new line of Road, and complete the said Commission according to law.
