Definately the class of this years softball.league, Blanchard proved they could win even when the chips were down. Heading into the final game, a number of Blanchard Hall regulars could not play due to previous commitments, and as a result, were forced to play Shorthanded.. Undaunted, they played the game and emerged victorious over this year’s runners-up Bernadine Two. The game was possibly the best played game of the season with fine individual efforts on both Sides. Janet Coughlin led the winners at the plate and’combined this fine hitting with good pitching to pick up the win fdr Blanchard. Losing pitcher, Sue Clarke, was replaced by Andree SKATING Monday - 2:00 — 3:30 PM Tuesday - 2:00 ~ 3:30 PM Wednesday — 2:00 - 3:30 PM Thursday - 2:00 - 3:30 PM Sunday - 7:00 — 8:30 PM KEEP FIT CLASS'(WOMEN ONLY) Mbnday 11:30 — 13:30; Wednesday 11:30 - 12:30; Friday 11:30 - 12:30; FENCING Tuesday 7:30 — 9:30 PM Saturday 9:00 - 11:30 PM KARATE (GYM) Tuesday - 7:30 — 9:30 PM Thursday - 7:30 — 8:30 PM RIFLE SHOOTING (RCMP BARRACKS) Wednesday - 6:30 — 9:30 PM SWIMMING (YMCA) Monday ' Co—éd swim 12:00 - 1:00 PM Ladies swim 2:15 - 3:00 PM Co—ed swim 8:15 — 9:30 PM Tuesday Ladies swim 10:15 - 11:00 AM Co:ed swim L12:00~- 1:00 PM Co-ed swim 8:30 - 9:30 Wednesday ’ Co-ed swim 12:00 - 1:00 PM Ladies swim 2:15 — 3:00 PM Co-ed swim 8:15 — 9:30 PM Thursday .
