The convention was represented by seven Institutes comprising: Mill River, Bloomileld Corner, Duvar, Piusville, Bloomiield sta- tion, St. Lawrence and Ebbsfleet. Mrs. Harris Callaghan capably presided, with Mrs. Russell Callag- han secretary. Several guest speakers occupied seals on the platform. The meeting opened by all reciting "Institute ode" and "Collect", tollowed by ”0 Canada." A short opening address by the president was followed by the ad- dress or welcome read by Mrs. Fred E.
