It is also proposed to have two sail-boat races, one under twenty feet keel and the other under nineteen feet. It is expected that five four-oared crews will take part in this regatta. The programme and advertise- ment will appear next weck. A Fixe Drue Srore.—One of the most neatly arranged and best stocked Drug Stores in Charlottetown is that of Mr. F. DeC. Davies, on Great George Street, opposite St. Dunstan’s Cathedral. This store has been lately opened, and with its handsome furniture and show cases, forms a delightful contrast to the chemist shops of olden days, when bottles of leeches on a shelf in the window made the flesh creep and hideous colored lamps gave the place the appearance of a distressed ship at sea on a dark night We bespeak a good patronage for Mr. Davies, and direct the attention of our readers to the fact that this store is conveniently situated for citi- zens in the eastern end of the city, and is directly in the track of dweilers on the other side of the Hillsborough.
