Emerald. became the bride o! John Reginald, son of Mrs. Smith and the late Bernard Smith, Emerald. Rev. Eugene Murray performed the ceremony and celebrated the Nuptial Mass. The double ring ceremony was used. The wedding march was played‘ by the groom's sister, Miss Kathleen Smith and the girl's choir sang several appropriate hymns. Entering the church on the arm of her father the bride was most ade on princess lines falling in uccful fullness to the floor. The bodice was fastened with a row of tiny covered but- tons down the back and the sleeves were long. Her tulle illusion ‘veil was floor length and was fastened with e coronet of pearls. Her ornaments were a double strand of pearls and matching earrings, the gilt of the groom. She carried l bouquet of American Beauty roses. Mrs. Helen MCCRFVilIG, sister of the groom, was bridesmaid. and she wore a dress of orchid moire iaffetamndesimilar to the bride's. Her poke bonnet and mitts were of the same material as her dress. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses. A tiny niece of the bride. Beryl McCourt, was flower girl. looking sweet and demure in her floor length white dress and vell and carrying a basket of flowers. A beautifully decorated two tier wedding cake centred the table. The cake was cut in traditional style by the bride and groom. The toast to bill: bride was proposed by Rev. Father Murray to which the groom fittingly responded. The bride's father added his blessing in a. brief speech.
