In Memoriam THE LATE GEORGE CARTER A telegram received yesterday from his daughter Rita stated that her father George Carter had passed away in the hospital where he had undergone a serious operation, and from which he had not rallied. The late Mr. Carter was well known by many in Charlottetown and vicinity who will regret to. learn of his passing in his eighty- first: year, over thirty of which he resided in the City of New York where he lived with his family, leaving to mourn two sons and four daughters, his wife having PRINCE ED WARD SAT.
