All that certain piece of land situate at Brighton. in Charlottetown common. bounded on the south by a line parallel with Brighton Road. on the west by plot No. 19. on the north by common Lot No. 3. and on the cast by plot No. 17. containing about one acre of land more or less. 2nd. Also. one moiety of town lot number ninety-one, in the fourth hundred of lots in Charlottetown, situate on the south side of Fitzroy Street, commencing on the north-east corner of a plot of land occupied by one James Crochet. thence by a line running at right angles with the said street south for a distance of 70 feet; theme by right angles eastwardly 42 feet, or to the Western line of Cumberland Street; thence at right angles northerly along the said street 70 feet, until it meets the southern line of Fitzroy Street; thence westerly to the place of commencement. 3rd. Also. one-quarter of toxvn lot number nineteen, in the second hundred of lots in Charlottetowzr, at present in the possession of one Patrick Sweeney, fronting on Syd- ney Street. with the dwelling house and buildings there- on. 4th. Also, one-fourth part oftown lot number fifty in the first hundred of town lots in Charlottetown, front- ing on Dorchcster Street, with the dwelling house and buildings thereon. 5111. Also, parts of town lots num- bers forty-eight and forty-nine, in the first hundred of town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a. front of about seventy-one feet on Dorchestcr Street, and ex- tending baek in part eighty feet, at present in the occu- pation of Daniel Griffiths, together with the dwelling house and buildings thereon 6th. Also. all that certain property known as the Pavilion Hotel and premises. comprising one-third part of town lot number seventy- eight. in the first hundred of town lots in Charlottetown, having a front of about one hundred and twenty feet on Dorchestcr Street. and about fifty-three feet on Great- }corge Street and at present occupied by the Misses Street. 7th. Also. all that piece of land known as the site of the old Flour-market. comprising one-fourth part of town lot number sixteen, in the second hundred of town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a front of about forty-four feet on Great-George Street, and eighty- four feet on Queen’s Square, and at present unoccupied. 8th. Also. all that piece of land situate at the corner of Sydney and Prince Streets, in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a front of eighty-six feet on Prince Street, ex- tending back by parallel lines, being one~quarter part of team lot number t-Wenty, in the second hundred of town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, and adjoining the Bible Christian Church. 10th. Also, a certain tract and parcel of land situate on Township number Forty-nine, in Queen’s County. in the said Island, and fronting on the. shore. of l-Iillsborough Bay, containing eighty acres of land, more or less, at resent under lease. and in possession of one Donald McRae. llth. Also, Fifty acres of freehold land. with the ’(lwelling house and buildings thercon, situate at Belle Vue, Township number Forty-nine. fronting on the shore of 11illsborough Bay, at present unoccupied. 12th. Also. a certain plot of land, being part of pasture lot, number two hundred and forty-eight, in the Royalty ofCliarlottetown. containing by estimation tWo acres, tWo reeds and two poles of land. more or less; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the fifth day of October next. (1869) at twelve o’clock noon, at the Court House, in Cliz'u'lottetown, in the said Coun- ty. set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ. being for the sum of six hundred and six- ty-three pounds three shillings and eight-pence, (£663 33. 8d.) with interest on six hundred and sixty-two pounds and ten shillings, (£662 10s.) part thereof. from the twenty-third day of September 1867, till paid, be- sides Sheriff's fees, poundage and all incidental ex- penses.
