     The University is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and well-organized students to 
     
     plan and implement Orientation for new students in the Fall of 1998. We are looking for 
     
     individuals who will be able to dedicate their time and talents to welcoming - helping them fee! 
     
     at home and introducing them toacademic life at UPEI. The University will appoint four students 
     
     to the NSO Leadership Team. The NSO Leadership will: 
     
    
   
   
    
     review ious NSO events 
     
    

    
     «work with the Fist Year Advisement Centre located in the Department of Student 
     
     Development 
     
     *propose the theme for NSO ‘98 
     
    

    
     *recruit student orientation leaders 
     
     organize training for student leaders 
     
    

    
     correlate campus and community events surrounding orientation 
     
    

    
     «conduct an evaluation of Orientation ‘98 - to be completed by Sept.30/98
