     Y virtue of a writ ofStatute Execution. to me direct- 
     
     ed. issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of 
     
     Judicature. at the, suit of James Arthur, William Arthur, 
     
     \Villiam \Vingate and \Villiam Ogalvio, against Henry 
     
     llasznrd. I have taken and seized as the property of the 
     
     said Henry llnszard. All the right, title and freehold in- 
     
     terest of the said Henry Ilaszard, in and to all and sin- 
     
     gular the following tracts. pieces and parcels of Land 
     
     town lots or parts of town lots. and pasture lots and 
     
     parts of pasture lots. with the. appurtenances, that is to 
     
     err: lst. All that certain piece of land situate at. 
     
     Brighton, in Charlottetown common. bounded on the 
     
     south by a line parallel with Brighton Road. on the west 
     
     by plot No. 19. on the north by common Lot No. 3. and 
     
     on the cast by plot No. 17. containing about one aerc 
     
     of land more. or less. 2nd. Also. one moiety of town 
     
     lot number ninety-one. in the fourth hundred of lots in 
     
     Charlottetown, situate on the south side of Fitzroy 
     
     Street, commencing on the north-east corner ofa plot 
     
     ofland occupied by one James Crochet. thence by a line. 
     
     running at right. angles with the said street south for a 
     
     distance of 70 feet; thence by right angles castwardly 
     
     42 feet, or to the western line of Cumberland Street; 
     
     thence at; right angles northerly along the. said street 70 
     
     feet, until it meets the southern line of Fitzroy Street; 
     
     thence westerly to the place of commencement. 8rd. 
     
     Also. one-quarter of town lot number nineteen, in the 
     
     second hundred of lots in Charlottetown, at present in 
     
     the possession of one Patrick Sweeney. fronting on Syd- 
     
     ney Street. with the dWelling house and buildings there- 
     
     on. 4th. Also. one-fourth part oftown lot number fifty 
     
     in the first hundred of town lots in Charlottetown, front- 
     
     ing on Dorchestcr Street. with the dwelling hOuse and 
     
     buildings thereon. 5th. Also, parts of town lots. num- 
     
     bers forty-eight and forty-nine, in the first hundred of 
     
     town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a front of 
     
     about seventy-One feet on Dorchester Street, and ex— 
     
     tending baok in part eighty feet. at present in the occu— 
     
     pation of Daniel Griffiths. together with the dwelling 
     
     house and buildings thereon 6th. Also. all that certain 
     
     property known as the Pavilion Hotel and premises. 
     
     comprising onedhird part. of town lot._nnmber seventy- 
     
     cight. in the firsthundrcd of town lots m CbarlottetoWn, 
     
     having a front of about one hundred and twmity feet on 
     
     Dorchester Street..and about fifty-three feet. on Great. 
     
     George Street and at present; occupied by the Misses 
     
     Street. 7th. Also. all that piece of land known as the 
     
     site of the old Flour-market. comprising one-fourth part 
     
     of town lot number sixteen. in the sceond hundred of 
     
     town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a front of 
     
     about forty-four feet on Great-George Street, and eighty. 
     
     four footon Queen's Square. and at present unoccupied. 
     
     8th. Also. all that. piece of land situate‘at the corner of 
     
     Sydney and Prince Streets, in Charlottetownaforesaid, 
     
     having a front of eighty-six feet on Sydney Street, ex- 
     
     tending back by parallel lines, being one quarter. part 
     
     of town lot number twenty. m the second hundred of 
     
     town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid. and adjoining the 
     
     Bible Christian Church. 10th. Also. a certain tract 
     
     and parcel of land situate on Township number 
     
     Forty-nine. in Queen‘s County. in the said Island, 
     
     and fronting on the shore of fl’illsborongh Bay. 
     
     containing eighty acres of land, more. or less, at 
     
     resent under lease and in possession of one Donald 
     
     Mel’tae. llth. Alto. Fifty acres of freehold land. with 
     
     the. dwelling house and buildings thereon. situate at 
     
     Belle Vie. Township number Forty-nine. fronting. on 
     
     the shore of Hillsborough Bay, at present unoccupied. 
     
     12th. Also. a certain plot of land, being part of pasture 
     
     lot. number two hundred and forty-eight, in the Royalty 
     
     of Charlottetown. containing by estimation two acres, 
     
     two mods and two poles of land. more. or les; and I do

     fifth day of October next. (1869) at twelve o’clock noon; 
     
     at the Court House. in Charlottetown, in the said Coun- 
     
     ty. set up and sell, at Public Auction, the saidproperty,

     the said Writ. being for the sum of six hundred and six- 
     
     ty-three pounds three shillings and eight-pence, (£663 
     
     33. 8d.) with interest on six hundred and sixty-two 
     
     pounds and ten shillings, (£662 103.) part thereof. from 
     
     the twenty~third day of September 1867. till paid, bo-

     to the said line. containing three (3) acres of land, a 
     
     little more or less. leased to Donald'ltochford from the 
     
     said Albert Harry Compton, by lease hearing date the 
     
     29th March, 1852, and transferred to the said James 
     
     Campbell from the said Donald Rochford. by assign- 
     
     ment, hearing date the 3rd day of July, 1862 ; and I do 
     
     hereby §ive Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the 
     
     Twelfth day of April next. (1870) at twelve o‘clock. 
     
     noon. at the Court I-lonse, in Saint Eleanor‘s, in the 
     
     said County, set up and sell. at Public Auction. the 
     
     said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the 
     
     levy marked on the said writ, being eight. hundred and 
     
     sixty-three pounds sixteen shillings and seven-pence, 
     
     (£863 16s. 7d.) with lawful interest thereon from the
