As the evening was favorable a large audience assembled to witness the scene, and the ice being' suitable the puck travelled very fast. The game was an interesting one all in favor of tbe_Brlstol Stars. Both teams are very active, having been organized this winter from green men and having no rink being obliged to parctice on the ponds. However, most. of the boys are skilful skaters and it will not be long before the stick-bundling will he thoroughly mastered. ll. Arnold and L. Mcviirisli being the most enthus- iastic of the Bristol Stars, but it is no doubt they all are very ilexterous. Al- though soine of the Moon Macks are skilful chaps on the ice, they failed to recapture thc puck. The game end- eil 1 to 5 in favor ol' thc Bristol boys. Mr. Claude McEwen of Morell refereed to the entire satisfaction of both tennis. The following is the line- up: West St. Peters:-Goal, James Moore; Point, A. iVlci)onald; C.
