The little daighter of Mr. and Mrs. Weston Raynor, Central Ee- deque, had the misfortune of get- ting her hand and arm cainht in an electric wringer recently, cau's- ing very painful iinjuries. She was rushed to the Prince Ccounty Hospital for treatment. It is hoped that her injuries may not be as serious as was at first feared. All friends of the Raynor family wish that the little one may have a speedy recovery. The many frinnds and relatives in this area, of Rev. Claire Wright, will be sorry to loam that the con- dition of his health, necessitated his entering the Beck Memorial Hospital in London, Ontario. Mr. Wright graduated from Mt. Alli- son in lens, with a degree of B. A. Later, he was ordained to the Min- istry of the United Church of Can- ada. Then for some years he on- gaged in Foreign Mission work More recently he held a pastorate in Kerrwood, Ontario. Harry Ross. had quietly passed to his last rest. after only a few hours illness. ‘ Stricken earlier in the day, medl- csl aid was at once summoned and a nurse Quickly brought. but the Divine Healer alone could help and his gentle spirit went home in the late afternoon hours. He was 46 years of age. Always of a very alert and ener- getic nature. he toiled unceaslng- ly to provide the comforts of a home, where he was a devoted hue- bsnd and father, and yet was never too busy or weary to assist those where sickness or infirmity laid a hand.
