St. Clair Trainer presiding. Two cases were docketed and one application for judgment for arrears in school as- sessment was also before the court. The first case to be called was set over, with consent of coun- sel, to the December term o! the court. In the second case the plaintiff's were awarded judgment in an action for money loaned and goods sold and delivered.
