The said hereinbefore recited Act of the twenty-fourth Victoria, Chapter thirty-six and of the twenty-sixth Victoria, Chapter five, and every clause, matter and thing therein contained, save and except in so far as the same is hereby repealed, altered, or amended, shall be and the same are hereby cantinued in force for the space of one year from the passing hereof, and from thence to the end of the then next session of the General Assembly of this Island, and no longer. X. Nothing in this Act contained shall in any way repeal or affect the Act of the Twenty- seventh Victoria, Chapter thirty-one, intituled “'An Act in further amendment of the laws relating to Education, and also to explain and amend the Act relating to the establishment of the Prince of Wales College.” XI. This Act shall be and continue in force and Operation so long as the said recited Acts of the Twentyofoui'th Victoria Chapter thirty- six, and of the Twenty-sixth Victoria, Chapter five, (of which this Act is an amendinent,) shall continue in force and operation no longer.
