Sheriff Wright and Constable George Harris, arrived in Summerside on Friday monlng having in charge the three Lewis boys, Calvin, Irving and Archie, of Alberton, the former two are charged with jail-breaking and Archie with interfering with officers in the discharge of their duties. They have all been committed for trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Court.- ll. . -THE LATE CAPTAIN KENNEDY -The death took place suddenly u- ‘- bout noon yesterday of Capt, A. E. Kennedy, at. his reridence, 258 Ben- tinck street, in `_\ls 85th year says the Sydney Record of March 24th. The de- ceased had be.-n unwell for several weeks, although not confined to his bed. He was born at Sumrnerside, P. E. l., and came to Sydney abou: 10 years ago. where he has lived with his I fnmily ever since. The deceased fol- lowed the sea practically all his life till his retirement after coming to Sy- dney. He leaves three sons, Herman.
