Montague, on Monday evening. The concert opened with a rol- licking farm scene, with lively songs and dances and colorful and amusing costumes. The program continued with receitations by He- len Btceves; tap dancing by three young ladies of Montague, Heather Jamieson, Florence MacDonald, and Kay MacLean; a dance and song, Peggy O'Neill," by little Miss Florence MacDonald; a unique presentation of “Daisy" songs by the Westmoreland Singers, with the heads of the ladies appearing in a mosaic arrangement; a very clever memory test by the brilli- ant, amazing and fascinating "Doc Horton" impersonated by Helen Steeves; ballet dances by Marcia MacDonald and Glenda Jamieson of Montague; and a group of mod- ern songs by the singers. In closing the ladies sang. a parody on Montague with refer- ence to local friends and acquaint- ances which was composed by one of their number and made a big hit with the audience. Rev. J. M.
