ROYAL GAZETTE. ‘27 Y Virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me direct- ed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Isaac Burpee and Frederick Burpee against Alexander \Vaugh, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Alexander Waugh all the Right, Title, and Freehold interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to One Hundred and fifty acres of Land, more or less together with the buildings and improvements thereon, Situate at Blue Shank, Lot or Township No. 19, adjoining the farm in possession of James Connels; also all the right, title and Lease- hold interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to a. Building Lot, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Water Street, in Summerside, ad- joining the residence of Harry C. Green, Esq. ; also all the right, title and interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to a Building Lot situated on the corner of \Vater and South Streets, in Summerside aforesaid, at present in the occupation of the said Alexander Waugh and divers other tenants; all of the above property being in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 25th day of January, 1868, at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £274 33. 4d. cy.. with lawful interest on the Sum of £271 33. 4d. from the 14th January, 1867, until paid, also 163. 8d. for said writ, beside’s She-riffs fees and incidental expenses.
