HEREAS a \Vrit has been issued to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign (‘1‘ Her present Majesty, intituled “ An Act toregulate the laying out and altering of Highways. and of the Acts in amendment thereof,” whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the lands through which a certain new road is intended to be made, commencing and running along the north end and west side of Charles Kelly's farm, in Lot 37. to the Pisquid Road. and from thence to the Road from Lot 66 to the Cardigan Road; we do hereby give notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the exe— cution ofthe. said writ by attending at the house of Patrick hie-Kenna. of said Lot orTownship, on the 25th day of June next, at the hour of ten o’clock. in the forenoon, and from thence we will proceed through the said new line of road and complete the inquest accord- ing to Law.
