     Tim Griffith is aman who likes to eat and lift weights (not 
     
    

    
     ' necessarily in that order). Tiny Tim doesn’t play a ukulele; he 
     
    

    
     competes in whatever one can throw or lift. He has competed 
     
    

    
     in Canada Games discus and shot put as well as PEI strongman 
     
     competitions. 
     
    

    
     Timmy won the PEI strongman competition that was held 
     
     in Tignish this past summer. The strongman event consisted of 
     
     a fifty metre fire truck pull, a forty pound brick toss, a two 
     
     hundred and twenty five pound log press, a lobster trap relay 
     
     with fifty pound lobster traps, and a tug of war. 
     
    

    
     Timmy commented that he “liked to lift stuff.” This was 
     
     proven at The Barn a few weeks ago when he attempted to lift 
     
     Scott Morrison above his head. The attempt was not successful 
     
     due to Morrison’s reluctance to “stay still.” 
     
    

    
     He has several goals he would like to achieve in the next 
     
     few years, but one goal for the future is to breed large children. 
     
     He said that wants a kid with the “power of Bam-Bam and the 
     
     size of Fat Albert” -- good luck Timmy! Other goals for the 
     
     future include winning the PEI strongman competition and to 
     
     finish in the top five discus/shot ws at the Canadian Track and 
     
     Field championships in Montreal this year. His ultimate dream 
     
     though is to compete in the Olympics for power lifting or to 
     
     represent Canada at the world’s strongest man competition. 
     
    

    
     This steroid-free athlete is ing in the spring at 
     
     UPEI. He currently holds the Canadian superheavy weight 
     
     junior bench record of four hundred and fifty-two pounds. 
     
     One would think that a man of Timmy’s strength would want
