narrowly escaped Monday night
tague rink to attend a hockey
match. suddenly stalled on li, steep
icy hill on the Union Road and al-
though the brakes were immedi-
atcly applied. the truck skidded `
rapidly downward crashing into a
bridge railing below breaking
several posts. All occupants jump-
‘ ed to safety as it came swerving
down the hill and escaped :erious
injuries. The truck which is a.
