The Marlborough and Fort Garry ‘ricisis were the scenes of a number of lurichecns and dinners given the ricicgstes by the City of Winnipeg, the Winnipeg Tourist Bureau and‘ the Canadian National Railroad and Canadian Pacific Railroad. Mr. Justice Arsensult speaks very highly of the treatment accorded the delegates on their trip. "The immediate results from the convention of last year and this year lie in the contact established in the different provinces of Canada," Judge Arsenaiilt believes. "There were pres- ent at the recent convention twenty five or thirty representatives of dif- ferent provincial tourist bureaus which in the course of the year hand. led some millions of tourists. The friendly relations, thus established between the bureaux, will be pro- ductive of much good. The general policy of the Association is the mak- ing known of Canada at home and abroad. It is a well known fsct that if a tourist is brought to any par- tlcular part of Canada, next year he is desirous of visiting some other each bureau to encourage visitors to the diflerent provinces of Canada.
