The second degree was exemplified with ,Brother James Dewar acting as Hnoble grand. and Brother William MacLean as degree master. Two :andidates received the second de- I ggree. Brother Hamilton gave a re- port on the district meeting which - was held in Charlottetown last Thursday night. Several members --attended this meeting and they mentioned the hospitality shown them by the members of the city lodges- Due to illness Brother Rus- sell lliaiheson, D.D.G.M.. was un- able to attend the lodge meeting as planned, but he may possibly . .be in attendance next Tuesday night. it is planned to confer the third degree next Tuesday night. Red Cross Disaster Services Organized In Morell A group of men who have com- pleted a First Aid Course recent- ly met for a supper meeting at McAdam's Restaurant in Morell on Monday evening November 21st. Mr. J. Gorden MacDonald. Pro- vincial Chairman of Red Cross Disaster Services. Mr. J. B. Jay, Chairman of Morell Disaster Ser-' vices and Mrs. Harry Cudmore. Director of First Aid Services met with these First Aid workers who received the following Red Cross awards: Standard First Aid Certificates: Mr. Everette Webster. Mr. Mar- shall Peters. Mr. Reginald Mc- Adam. Mr. Walter McAdam. Standard Refresher Seals: Mr. Joseph Kelly, Mr. Bertram Me. Adam. Mr. Sydney Anderson. .Vir. Pius Mclnnis. Mr. J. B.
