And the owners of the aforesaid Lots, parts of Lots and tracts of Lands so in arrear and reclaimed as aloresaid, are hereby notified that in case the sums charged on them as aloresaid, together with the costs which have been incurred, shall not be paid before the next EASTER TERM of the Supreme Court, which will commence on TUESDAY, the Seventh day of MAY next, application will be made to the Supreme Court during the said Term for Judgment against the said Lots or tracts of Land respectively. Perry’s Corner, across the different Farms to the St. Eleanor’s and Summerside Road, to strike said road between Darby’s and Green’s Mill, Lot 17 ; now we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission, by attending at the Farm of Mr. J B. Perry, Miscouche, on MoNDAY, the 25th day of FEBRUARY, 1807,at the hour of 10 o’clock, a. m., of which all persons in- terested are requested to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
