The child was but slightly hurt. aids We learn that the services in the Gospel Armv Hall are being largely attended, parti- cularly since the arrival of Staff-Captain Her- bert on Friday evening. Lord Randolph Churchill has issued a manifesto to the electors, in which he says: ** The people's dissolution has come upon us. Such is the title given by Gladstone to the most wanton political couvulsion that the caprice of an individual elevated to dig- nity by the people. By the boundless egotism of the Premier the kingdom is to be disunited for the purpose of securing office, if only for a little while, by the aid of a dis- loyal faction, subsisting upon foreign gold, Mr. Gladstone has reserved for his closing days this great conspiracy against the honor of Great Britain and the welfare of Ireland, a conspiracy which is more base and nefari- ous than any of those murderous designs and plots that fora quarter of a century have occupied his imagiation. No practi- cal responsibility will fell upon his shoul- cers. He regards with inconceivable fri- volity an act that upon his successors will levelop the impossible labor of rebuilding the shattered empire. Let the credulous electors give the Premier a majority by the aid of which another lrish revolution may be consummated, and the most moderate of ministers will complacently retire to seek that repose for which nature cries loud, and to whose cries he has so long turned a deaf ear. In concluding he stigmatizes the Bill as insanity, trafficking in treason, exalting disloyalty, abusing loyalty, and a monstrous imbecility, extravagence, and political hysterics.” mixture of Sieamer Ashore. *ROVIDENCE, R.
