A sale of Goods (as mentioned below) seized by me, will take place at on the day of A. B. Landwaiter, or Preventive Officer. [Here insert a list of Goods] SCHEDULE(BJ To Her Majesty’s Attorney General of Prince Edward Island, and Her Majesty’s Solicitor General of the said Island, or to any ofHer Majesty’s Queen’s Counsel ofthe said Island, or to any Attorney of the Supreme Court of Judicature therein. These are to desire and authorize you, or any of you, or any Attorney ofthe Supreme Court ofJudi- cature, ofthe said Island, to appear for us in the said Court, as of term, or any other subsequent term, and then and there to receive a declaration for us in an action of debt for the sum of of lawful current money, borrowed at the suit of our Sovereign Ladythe Queen, and thereupon to con- fess tho said action or else to suffer a judgment by ad dicit, or otherwise, to pass against us in the said action, and to be thereupon, forthwith entered up against us of record in the said Court, for the said sum of besides costs of suit, and we do hereby further authorize and empower you, or any one of you, or any Attorney as aforesaid, after the said judgment shall be entered up as aforesaid, forus, and in our names, and as our act and deed, to Sign, seal and execute a good and sufficient release in the law to our Sovereign Lady the Queen, her heirs and successors, of all and all manner oferror and errors, writ and writs of error, and all benefit and advantage thereof, and misprison of error or errors, defects and imperfections whatsoever, had, made, done, committed or suffered, in, about, touching or concerning the aforesaid judgment, or in, about, touching, or concerning any writ, warrant, process, declaration, plea, entry or other proceeding what- soever, of or in any way concerning the same ; and for what you or any one of you shall do, or cause to be done, in the premises, or any of them, this shall be to you, and each of you a sutficient warrant, In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this day of in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Signed, sealed and delivered, in the presence ot De/‘eazance to be endorsed on I‘Varmnt of fittorney.
