Al- though in failing health for a few years and had retired from active labor he was able to move around at his home. He suffered a stroke and lived only two days, never re- gaining consciousness. He was a quiet unassuming citimn and res- pected by oll in the community. He was seventy two years old and a life long resident of Eimsdale.
