I have taken and seized as the prol’)erty of the said Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, All their right, tltle and interest in and to the following tracts, pieces or parcels of land, namely :all the Night, Title and Interest of Angus McAulay, in and to Town Lot No. 1, third range, Letter G, in Georgetown, withthe Buildings and appurtenances thereon, and two tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate on Township No. 53, in King’s County, the first containing 100 acres of Land, at little more or less, the second containing (:0 acres of Land, a litlle more or less, with the ln’iildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the Right, Title and Interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township Number 53, with the Buil..,ings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 234, 215, 216 and 363, in the Royalty of George- town, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and Ido hereby give public notice that I will on the 18th day ofh‘cbruary, 1868, at the Court, House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public Auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £499 12s. Gd. debt, with interest thereon from the 1st day of August, 1862, until paid, and £3 16s. 8d. costs, also 16s. 8d. for writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage and all other incidental expenses.
