He was only 57 years 'old and Judg- ing from appearances one would thinkl he had many years of useful and en- joable life yet to spend -but Divine Providence saw an opportune tiiine to call him to that realm of bliss where there is no suffering. Besides his sorrowing. widow and a large family, he leaves to mourn'n host of relatives and many friends who sincerely regret the death of one who' was such an universal favorit,e for byi his kind and' jovial disposition he wonl the good will and esteem of all who; had thc pleasure oi’ h-is acquaintance.. During his illness he was comforted and fortified by the visits and admin- istrations of his beloved pastor Rev. Mgi'. D. J.
