age chambers were said to be pleasing
very well. The only complaint I heard
was that when the cases were opened
the eggs became very moist. and were
said to be ~sweating,’ or to be covered

fact the cause of that was the opening
ot the csses| containing the eggs imme-
diately after they were taken from the
cold storage room. That exposed the
cold surface of the eggs to the warm
moist atmosphere, and the moisture
was condensed on, the surface just in
the same way that it would be conden.
