The Cadre + 24March 1998 (NOTES: 1) REGULATIONS FOR THE CONDUCT OF EXAMINATIONS: During an examination a student: a uw Pa) Vv a « > may not join or leave an examination room without the permission of the Proctor. must provide personal idenufication satisfactory to the Progige \f asked to do so. may bring oaly authorized materials into the examination room. may communicate oaly with the Proctor(s) while in the examination room. unless otherwise instructed. must return all examination materials at the end of the examinavoo. of these R will be addressed under the provis of Academic Regulation 2) a) Satisfactory explanation for any examination missed must be made to the Registrar s Office within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the examination is «ritten. Failure to do so will result in the notation “Fail 20 supplemental” (FNS) on the student's transcript. The department will normally require the writing of a special examination in the case of an examination which was missed. A fee of $20 must be paid before any paper is re-read. If the result of the re-reading is 2 raising of the grade. the fee will be returned to the student. Students who intend to appeal a course grade are cautioord that failing grades have been checked very carefully and. barring a clerical error, appeals seldom result in higher grades.
