IIE sale of all the right, title and leasehold interest of John Trainer, in and to 80 acres of land. little more or less, herein- after described, and heretofore levied on, at the suit of John Mac- Donald, by virtuc of an Alias Fi. Execution, issued out of the Supreme Court of Judicature, and heretofore advertised to be sold, and several times postponed, will take place at the Court House in Queen’s County, on Tuesday, the 3d day of April next, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon,—said Land is described as follows:—- commencing on the West side of Monaghan Road at the southeast corner of land formerly in possession of James Finnigan, thence west 100 chains, thence south 8 chains, thence cast to the road; and thence north to the place of commencement, containing by estimation 80 acres, and is part of Lot or Township N0. 36, in Queen‘s County,—amount of levy £67 15s 7d, together with inter- est, Sheritf’s fees and incidental expenses.
