The main business of the meet. in: WI; to discuss plans of the official opening of the new pave- ment into Georgetown. It was de- cided to hold the opening cere- monies on Thursday. August 9th. Plans will be made to have the Provincial Government represent- ed at the ceremony. It was decided that in connec- tton with the ceremony, ll lobster supper would be held in the rink. starting at 5.00 p.m.. with the of- ficial road opening taking place at 0.30 p.m. Numerous games of chance and skill will he set up in the rink. for the eniertaimnent of those attending.
