Mrs. Walker had been in her usual good health until Tuesday morning, when she was seized with a paralytic stroke from which she never recovered. The deceased was born in North Carleton. Her maiden name was Deborak, she was the daughter of David Lowther of North Carleton. All her married life she resided at New Annan, where she was very highly esteemed for her many good qualities. In her younger days she was a staunch member of the Presbyterian Church. There are left to mourn three children: Harry at New Arman and David and Et- ta, on the homestead; also two sis- ters, Mrs. Trueman, of Bedeoue. and Mrs. MacFadyen, of Summer- slde, and one brother, David I.ow- ther, of Carleton, to all of whom sympathy is extended.
