     Bay, Lot 43, across the farms of Charles Dingwcll and James

     Now we do hereby give Public Notice to all parties concerned, 
     
     that We will commence the execution of the said Commission, by 
     
     attending at the aforesaid place, on MONDAY, the nth day of 
     
     AUGUSI‘ next, at the hour of Eleven o’clock, in the forenoon of 
     
     the same day, and will proceed along the proposed line ot'road and

     angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from
