Mr. Edward Byrne is erecting a new fence around the Bristol school. There was a new fence started here a year ago and never completed, so Mr. Byrne, who is a man of years of experience at this work, is taking the job over. When completed it will be quite an im- provement to the school grounds. Owing to the widening of the Siniiot: road to a standard sixty- six feet, taking away more than half of the yard in front of the school, the Sinnott Road school will be moved to a new site across the road where there is plenty of room for a large playground. This outstanding cattle man sold a young stccr to Mr. Frank Kelly for his market last month,, at the age of 14 months, and this animal dressed four hundred and twenty- flve pounds of beef.
