Both men are members of the ‘Seven Presidents of the First Council of Seventy". whose primary rluty is the direction of over 5.000 Missionaries for the Church throughout the world. _ Mr. Young is also the President of the New England Mission which includes the New England States and the Maritime Provinces with Mission Headquarters in Cam- bridge, Mass. President Young has been an executive for the Boy Scouts of America within the inter-mountain area of the United States for many years. , ' President Hunter will be making the tour of the New England Mis- tion as a representative oi the ‘First Presidency oi‘ the Church. Dr. Hunter is the author of sev- eral books dealing with the doc- trines. teachings, and history of the ‘Church and also colonization of the west with which the Church of " Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints played a prominent part.
