N the matter of an application for execution, to be . issued against the lands of Theophilus Wood, of Lot 49.1n Queen’s County, in Prince Edward Island, farmer, deceased, and all his formerright, title and in- terest therein, under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly of the said Island. passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled “ An Act in amendment of, and in addition to. the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature,” upon a. certainjudgment entered of Record in the said Court, in a cause wherein Thomas Bolton is Plaintiff and the said Theophilus Wood, Defendant. Whereas application hath been made to this Court on the part of the above named Plaintiff, Thomas Bolton, stating that the sums of ninety-five pounds, nine shillings and nine pence, cur- rcncy, debt, and three pounds, costs. together with in- terest on the said sum of ninety-five pounds, nine _shillings and nine pence, currency, from the third day 'of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fOrty-elght (1848) are due and owing to him on, and secured by, a certain judgment entered of Record at his suit against the said TheOphilus “food in or about Trinity Term, A.
