Am- ong the most recent work in this class is the residence of Mr. Albert McNeill. The contract for this work was awarded to the enter- prising firm of Ford, Morrison and McIntyre, Inc., and this fact in it- self is proof that the work has been done in the most modern and scientific manner. The house which is situated on the north side of the Bayside road on a gentle elevation commands a superb view of Grand River and Richmond Bay. An or- chard, planted by Mr. McNeill. and just coming into fruitage flanks it on the right and in it the choicest fruits indigenous to our clime may be found in abundance.
