E John Archibald McDonald, of Glenaladale, Lot 36. in 9 Queens County, do make oath and say, that a {certain black Horse hath been for eighteen days last past, or there- abouts, in and upon my form and premises, and that I verily believe the said Horse hath strayed away from the owner thereof, and that I have several times driven the said horse on the highways at its liberty to pursue its course to its owner. but that the said horse hath returned to, and against my Will remains in and upon my said land and premises, and that the said horse is supposed to be the property of one Mc- Manaus.
