     A graduate of Dalhousie, Ms. 
     
     Banks received her Bachelor of 
     
     Science Degree ( Psychology) in

     In her new position at UPEI, 
     
     Ms. Banks will have principal re- 
     
     sponsibilities for the administra- 
     
     tion of the alumni, development

     will be responsible for: the de- 
     
     velopment and implementation of 
     
     fund-raising programs, and she 
     
     will assist and help coordinate 
     
     the efforts of the UPEI Boards of 
     
     Governors, the UPEI Foundation 
     
     and the University Needs Com- 
     
     mittee. She will split her time be- 
     
     tween Dalhousie and UPEI dur- 
     
     ing December, taking her full-
