      The
      P.E.I.
      Council
      of
      Women
      is
     
     
      offering
      a
      bursary
      at
      the
      University
     
     
      of
      Prince
      Edward
      Island.
      The
      terms
     
     
      of
      this
      bursary
      are
      as
      follows:
     
    

    
     
      This
      award
      will
      be
      made
      annually
      on
     
     
      the
      recommendation
      of
      _
      the
     
     
      Scholarship
      Committee
      to
      a
      student
     
     
      of
      mature
      years,
      female,
      full-time
      in
     
     
      any
      year.
     
    
   
   
    
     
      Application
      forms

      Office.
      The
      deadline
     
     
      for
      applications
      is
      Friday,
      12
     
     
      October’
      1990
      -and

      scholarships
      valued
      at
     
     
      $1,000
      each
      for
      1990-91.
     
    

    
     
      Following
      are
      the

      Applicants
      must
      be
      full-time
     
     
      students
      in
      Senior
      year
      at
      UPEI
     
     
      carrying
      at
      least
      a
      normal
      load
      of
     
     
      five
      courses
      per
      semester
      and
     
    
   
   
    
     
      scheduled
      to
      graduate
      in
     
    

    
     
      May
      1991.
     
    

    
     
      2.
      The
      awards
      will
      be
      based
      on
     
     
      academic
      performance
      and
      financial
     
     
      need.
     
    

    
     
      3.
      The
      awards
      will
      be
      for
      one
      year
     
     
      only.
     
    

    
     
      4.
