Lister & Co., prominent mill owners, of Bradford, have positively refused to refer tie matters in dispute between them and their employes to arbitration, claiming that they have a right to conduct their own business in their own wry without outside dictation. Lioting was renewed last even- ing, aud at least 20,000 persona were in- volved inthe melee, The street Jampa were extinguished by the rioters.
