HEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to the undersigned, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a certain New line of Road is intended to pass, viz.— From the Road at Neil Shaw's farm, Cove Ilcad, Lot 34, to Angus McMullin’s farm, and from thence to the Gulf Shore. Now we do hereby give Public Notice, to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by at- tending at the house of Mr. William Lawson, Cove Head, on M ON- DAY, the 28d July next, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the fore- noon of the same day, and will proceed along the said contemplated New line of Road, and execute said Commission according to law.
