Lewis will 5 Jury Gives a Verdict In Alberioii Case A coroner's jury at Aiberton last night found that the deaths of Leo Richard of Tignish and Mrs. Dan. iel Gavin of Alberton South, who Wt" killed in a car collision on the morning of August 21st, was due w the flflllllenee of Richard, who was drivinguone of the auto. mobiles. Two witnesses were heard iut night, Daniel Gavin. the driver of the other car, and Arthur McCabe, who had been the only person in the rear seat or that car. At. the time of the accident. the Gavin car was proceeding towards Alberton and the Richard car, p, taxi, was travelling towards Tig- nish. There had been three people in the Gavin car and six in the other.
