V HEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to the undersigned, whereby we are commanded ‘to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a certain new line of Road is intended to pass, leading from Mr. J B. Perr ’5 Corner, across the difl'erent Farms to tie St. Eleanor’s and Summerside Road, to strike said read between Darby’s and Green’s Mill, Lot 17 ; now we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission, by attending at the Farm of Mr. J. B. Perry, Miscouche, on .MONDAY, the 25th day of FEBRUARY, 1807, at the hour of 10 o‘clock, a. m., of which all persons in- terrested are requested to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
